## Content Calendar & Queue Management The ESER AI Content Calendar provides a high-level view of your entire social media schedule across all connected channels. You can drag and drop posts to reschedule, review queued drafts, and establish automated time slots. --- ### Queue Slots vs. Exact Time Scheduling #### Automated Queue Slots (Recommended) Queue slots establish a recurring cadence for your social publishing (e.g., every weekday at 8:30 AM and 5:15 PM). When you click **Add to Queue** in the Composer, ESER AI automatically places the post into the next unfilled slot. - **Benefits:** Prevents overlapping posts, eliminates manual time selection, and ensures content publishes during peak audience activity. - **Configuring Slots:** Go to **Dashboard -> Calendar -> Schedule Settings** to define specific days and times per social channel. #### Exact Time Scheduling If you are launching a product or coordinating a live announcement, you can select **Custom Schedule** to specify an exact date and minute. --- ### Calendar Controls & Features - **Monthly & Weekly Views:** Toggle between broad 30-day overview and detailed weekly time-block view. - **Channel Filters:** Filter the calendar to display only specific accounts (e.g., view only YouTube Shorts or only LinkedIn). - **Drag-and-Drop Rescheduling:** Click and drag any scheduled post card to a new calendar day to instantly update its publish trigger. - **Status Indicators:** - 🟣 **Scheduled:** Validated and awaiting background queue worker dispatch. - 🟢 **Published:** Successfully submitted to platform API with verified receipt URL. - 🔴 **Failed:** Provider API rejected (e.g., token expired, media format issue); click to view error details and retry. - ⚪ **Draft:** Saved draft awaiting user approval. --- ### Timezone Configuration All calendar timestamps automatically render in your workspace local timezone. To update your timezone: 1. Navigate to **Dashboard -> Settings -> Workspace**. 2. Select your primary audience or operational timezone (e.g., `America/New_York`, `Europe/London`, `Asia/Kathmandu`). 3. Click **Save Preferences**. All schedule times update seamlessly without shifting UTC background execution timestamps.
