## Working With the Inbox Open **Dashboard -> Inbox** and switch between comment threads and message conversations. Account filters, search, thread selection, pagination, loading, empty, and failure states operate on workspace-authorized records. Reading is safe whenever the connected provider grants the required scopes. Sending a comment, private reply, or direct message is a separate guarded action: ESER AI validates the account connection and provider permission, records explicit failures, and does not manufacture a sent result. Historical availability and retention vary by provider. Accounts connected without comment or messaging scopes show a credential- or approval-required state until the owner completes the provider authorization.
