## Direct Message (DM) & Comment Automations Convert social media comments into qualified leads by automatically sending direct messages containing download links, cheat sheets, and webinar invites. ### How DM Automations Work 1. **Trigger Event:** A user comments on your post with a specific trigger keyword (e.g. `SEND`, `GUIDE`, `LINK`). 2. **Instant Response:** ESER AI detects the comment and dispatches a personalized direct message to the user's inbox. 3. **Interactive Buttons:** Add custom call-to-action buttons directing users to your landing pages or payment links. ### Configuration Steps 1. Navigate to **Dashboard > DM Automations**. 2. Click **+ Create Automation** and select your connected Instagram or Facebook account. 3. Define trigger keywords and compose your direct message response template. 4. Activate the automation rule and monitor real-time execution logs.
