## Reviewing Post Performance Open **Dashboard -> Published** for the published-post list, or **Dashboard -> Analytics** for cross-platform summaries and post-level views, reach, engagement, likes, shares, comments, and clicks when a connected provider supplies them. Use filters and date ranges to compare formats and channels. ESER AI displays only stored provider results. A disconnected account, missing analytics permission, or provider outage produces an explicit unavailable state rather than estimated engagement. The REST API and MCP analytics tools enforce workspace access and return the same provider-backed records. Provider coverage depends on the connected account and approved scopes.
