ESER AI communicates directly with official developer APIs across all supported networks. --- ### Supported Social Platforms 1. **LinkedIn:** Personal Profiles & Company Pages (Text, Multi-Image, Video, and PDF Carousels). 2. **YouTube:** YouTube Shorts & Standard Video Uploads (Verified Google OAuth). 3. **Instagram:** Instagram Business & Creator Profiles linked to Meta Pages (Reels, Carousels, Single Images). 4. **Facebook:** Facebook Pages (Updates, Photos, Video Reels). 5. **TikTok:** Personal Creator & Business Accounts (9:16 Vertical Video Reels). 6. **X / Twitter:** Twitter v2 API (Single Tweets, Media, Long-form Threads). 7. **Threads:** Meta Threads API (Text & Photo Updates). 8. **Bluesky:** AT Protocol Decentralized Feeds. 9. **Pinterest:** Visual Board Pin Publishing. --- ### Connecting a New Account: Step-by-Step 1. Navigate to **Dashboard -> Settings -> Social Accounts**. 2. Locate the platform you wish to connect and click **Connect Account**. 3. A secure provider authorization window will open. Log in and confirm the requested permissions. 4. Once authorized, ESER AI stores the encrypted access token and redirects back to your dashboard. 5. Your account name, handle, and avatar will appear immediately with an **Active (Connected)** badge. --- ### Health States & Troubleshooting - 🟢 **Active / Healthy:** Token is fresh and authorized for publishing. - 🟡 **Approval / Credential Required:** Additional scopes needed or provider review pending. - 🔴 **Expired / Disconnected:** Token revoked or expired; click **Reconnect** to re-authenticate. - **Removing an Account:** Click the settings gear next to any connected account and select **Disconnect Account**. This permanently purges stored OAuth tokens for that profile.
